Abstract:

The technological developments in telecommunication in the past decade have influenced the Human life deeply in every aspect and has risen personal, national, regional and international reactions in its own way. Today, there is no aspect of human life that is untouched by cyberspace in a time that most of the concepts are becoming international and alongside with that, advancements in telecommunication technology are happening more day after day. This, has influenced the destiny of the societies and individuals, therefore, the 21st century could truly be named as the “Cyber century”, a time when now news could be hidden. For this, the historical facts can’t be manipulated or distorted because the time for these things is far gone.
The developments that started in 2011 in middle east and still being continued, caused the writer to apply “descriptive analytical” approach in studying the influences of the cyber societies in these developments in the middle east. This study is about to find the answer to this question that how the emergence of a cyber-society and the appearance of the political culture of resistance have caused the revolutionary moves in Egypt and Tunisia. The Hypothesis which is raised by the writer is that the emergence of the cyber societies and the political culture of resistance have lead the revolution in Egypt and Tunisia to Win. The data in this study have been gathered through Library, Documents and Internet and they claim that the appearance of the Virtual societies and Social networks in Tunisia and Egypt have paved the way for the revolutionary moves in these countries. Although these networks had pre- and post-roles in the Tunisia, and Egypt revolutions. All in all, it could be said that globalization and the virtual media have had radical influence on the recent developments in the middle-eastern countries.
